CT54F FRAMED TYPE Tube settler
It is used to obtain clear water in clarifier pools. It is slippery, flexible and robust. The sludge accumulated in the honeycomb slides on its own and falls to the ground, so it does not need cleaning. While efficiency increases in pools using lamella, structural pool volume, chemical and energy consumption are reduced. It is easy to install and service. Because of these features, the lamella system is currently the best known solution.
Framed Type Lamella Width (Wx): Standard production is 840 mm and width can be made in multiples of 120 mm.
So finished widths can be 600, 720, 840, 960, 1080, 1200, 1320 1440 mm +-20 mm tolerance.
The width can be obtained by adding more than 840 mm if desired, or by cutting it less if desired.
Sheet size (LT): It can be made in any size. In projects, Hx is given as vertical height. Usually upright (Hx) height 78, 87,100,104 cm and 120 cm can be made. (Hx: 100 cm accepted)
Lamella length (Lx): Plates can be made in different thicknesses by arranging them one after the other. ( Lx: 100 cm accepted )
The material wall thickness (Th) is 1.0 -1.2 mm. Lamella Slope (SA): 60 degrees. (Wall thickness was accepted as 1.0 mm)
