CT60 Model Tube settler Sheet
CT series lamella is used to obtain clear water in clarifier pools. It can be made of PVC or PP. It is slippery, flexible and robust. The sludge accumulated in the honeycomb slides on its own and falls to the ground, so it does not need cleaning. While efficiency increases in pools using lamella, structural pool volume, chemical and energy consumption are reduced. It is easy to install and service. Because of these features, the lamella system is currently the best known solution.
General information;
Lamella width (Wx): Standard production is 1040 mm and width can be made in multiples of 130 mm. So finished widths can be 780, 910, 1040, 1170, 1300, 1430 mm +-20 mm tolerance.
The width can be obtained by adding more than 1040 mm if desired, or by cutting it less if desired.
Lamella length (LT): It can be made in any size. In projects, Hx is given as vertical height. Generally, the vertical (Hx) height is between 1000-1200 mm.
Material wall thickness (Th): It is between 0.9 - 1.2 mm. 1mm is recommended.
Lamella Slope (SA): 55-60 degrees. 60 degrees is recommended.
Color : BLACK color is standard, BLUE color can be made upon request.
Application Types;
1- UNIT TYPE: Unit (single) lamella consists of 2 sheets (Sheet).
Lamella dimensions: It can be made in any size. If W:1040 mm, it is preferred because it will be one piece without joints. Or the width increases or decreases in multiples of 130 mm.
2- BLOCK TYPE: Block lamella consists of 2-10 UNIT Lamella. They are all sourced from each other.
Recommended block dimensions: It is sized to have a block weight of 30-40 kg. If W:1040 mm, it is preferred because it will be one piece without joints. Or the width increases or decreases in multiples of 130 mm. L: It should be between 30-40 cm. H: It can be made according to the project (100-120 cm).
3- FRAMED TYPE: Framed lamella, 15-20 pieces of single (UNIT) lamella are arranged in a metal frame. Frame+Lamella=Set Lamella
Recommended Frame dimensions: It is sized to be 0.7-2 m3. If W:105 cm, it is preferred because it will be one piece without any joints. Or the width increases or decreases in multiples of 130 mm. L: It is made between 70-150 cm according to the project. H: Can be made to 100-120 cm project.
