CT44 Model UNIT TYPE Tube settler
Unit Type Lamella is formed by welding 2 sheets symmetrically to each other with ultrasonic welding.
Unit Tip Lamella width (Wx): Standard production is 1000 mm and width can be made in multiples of 100 mm.
So finished widths can be 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300 1400 mm +-20 mm tolerance.
The width can be obtained by adding more than 1000 mm if desired, or by cutting it less if desired.
Lamella length (LT): It can be made in any size. In projects, Hx is given as vertical height. Generally, the vertical (Hx) height is between 1000-1200 mm.
Material wall thickness (Th): It is between 0.9-1.0 and 1.2 mm. Lamella Slope (SA): 60 degrees
